Sometimes it feels like life
is just a series of problems, one after another.

Or it may be that one problem dominates and even ruins the quality of your life.
Maybe you have looked for solutions again and again.

Adults and Adolescents
A Variety of Approaches
to Counseling or Individual Therapy

Let's talk.  It's a good place to start.

Maybe you will only need one or two counseling sessions to meet your need.  Or, for more stubborn difficulties, we may engage in longer-term talk therapy.  I'll help you build problem-solving skills you can use for a lifetime to make your life better, more satisfying.

Try Creative Psychotherapy
While talking may be enough, you may want to experiment with other creative ways to access unconscious elements that may be holding you back.  You may be surprised to find that these approaches can also illuminate your hidden strengths. For instance,

You can create a “world” in the sand, using miniatures that may reveal deeper meanings than you would ever expect.

Therapeutic journaling may be your choice. It’s an effective tool for revealing your thoughts and ideas.

You may choose clay or finger-paints or collage materials and see what shows up.

Maybe you’ll want to combine several creative approaches as you work on the problems.
